Italvibras offers foot-mounted electric vibrators with a variety of capacities, centrifugal forces and industrial standards to serve heavy industrial applications such as hoppers, vibrating screens, conveyors, silos, bulk material compressors, etc. The equipment is designed to be fixed to the machine frame, creating a stable and continuous vibration force to help materials flow, separate, grind or shape effectively.

Hopper, tank & bulk material silo system: helps eliminate clogging and clumping, ensuring continuous flow.
Screening machines, conveyors, bulk material compactors: increase the efficiency of separating, classifying or transporting materials.
Construction material and concrete pressing and shaping equipment: supports uniform vibration to reduce foam and increase material density.
Applications in harsh environments: dust, abrasive materials, potentially explosive environments – thanks to the design meeting dust/water and explosion-proof standards.
Wide range of centrifugal forces, from small models to large capacity models, meet diverse requirements in industrial applications.
Multi-voltage and frequency support: 3-phase from ~48 V to 690 V, 50 Hz or 60 Hz frequency, and compatible with frequency converter (PWM) to adjust speed or vibration force.

Insulation system and high temperature insulation: standard insulation class F (155°C) or H (180°C) on special request.

Multi-hole foot mounting design, easy to arrange flexibly on the machine frame; alloy/aluminum or cast iron shell with good bearing capacity, convenient maintenance.
