OKM Technology – Safety, Durability & Specialized Applications

One of OKM's key technologies is its Touch-Seal mechanism, designed to reduce operating torque while maintaining reliable sealing. The 612X/615X series uses a Soft Touch Seat that minimizes seat wear and helps achieve zero leakage.

For more demanding services, the 5420 Series supports up to 2.0 MPa, sizes from 50A–600A, and operating temperatures from approximately -50°C to 400°C, depending on configuration. Its self-sealing mechanism increases sealing force as fluid pressure increases, while the eccentric double-flanged design reduces friction and extends seat life.

The 637N/635N fluororesin-lined butterfly valves use PTFE/PFA on wetted surfaces, providing high corrosion resistance for chemical processes and electronics-related pure-water applications. The three-layer sealing structure provides additional protection against external leakage.

For specialized solids-containing fluids, 336J/336Y Knife Gate Valves and 704/703 Pinch Valves are designed for slurry, pulp, powders, sewage sludge and high-concentration fluids. The 704/703 pinch valves use an elastic rubber sleeve to achieve shut-off even when solids are present.
