ZIROX offers the ZIROX H‑Measuring Device TCS — a hydrogen gas sensor/measurement device using the thermal conductivity principle (TCS) . The device is designed for continuous measurement of H₂ concentration in industrial and protective gas environments, with the ability to be integrated into control/process‑monitoring systems.
Monitoring hydrogen concentration in shielding gas, industrial gas or heat process gas circuits — helps detect deviations from set values and ensure process quality.
Applications in vacuum heat treatment, surface treatment, plating, where hydrogen is involved or needs to be controlled.
Integrate into SCADA or automation systems to alert or control when H₂ concentrations exceed allowable limits — improving process safety and efficiency.
