The integrated BioSelect™ function allows users to switch between pre-configured gases such as Air, Methane, and Digester Gas without factory recalibration. Meanwhile, BioView™ Software enables remote configuration, diagnostics, data logging, and maintenance through a standard USB interface. For calibration verification, BioCal™ performs in-situ validation in less than five minutes, reducing maintenance costs and minimizing process downtime.

The rugged 316 Stainless Steel sensor construction offers exceptional durability in corrosive wastewater environments. Hazardous-area approvals including FM, ATEX, and IECEx make the BioTrak suitable for explosive gas applications. Additional features such as HART communication, Modbus RTU, NEMA 4X enclosure, wide 1000:1 turndown ratio, and negligible pressure loss ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
