CDV BT Bench Top is a vacuum leak tester specialized for packaging manufactured by DVACI. The device is designed in a bench-top form, suitable for labs or small/medium production lines that need to control the tightness of packaging by vacuuming and visual observation. The compact structure helps save space; the control panel is located below the vacuum chamber to help utilize space and facilitate operation.
Check the seal integrity of flexible packaging, bags, films, bottles, tubes in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Simulate shipping conditions or altitude (air freight) to evaluate the packaging's ability to withstand pressure changes.
Used for QC/QA department to detect leaks early, reduce defective products, reduce product recall risks and improve production efficiency.
Support research on new packaging designs or survey packaging materials when required to ensure international standards of airtightness.
Compact, bench-top design , suitable for labs or production lines with limited space.
The strong vacuum capability (e.g. model CDV 2 reaches ~ -980 mbar at sea level) enables high level leak testing.
