MOOG G761-3033B Servo Valve is a high-performance electro-hydraulic servo valve designed for applications requiring extremely accurate control of hydraulic flow, actuator position, velocity, pressure and force. Moog, founded in 1951, pioneered practical electrohydraulic servo valve technology and today provides precision motion-control solutions for aerospace, defense, industrial automation and demanding test applications.
The G761-3033B belongs to the 761 Series Mechanical Feedback (MFB) Servo Valves, featuring a two-stage design and analog electrical input. Based on Moog's current 761 Series catalog, the corresponding G761-3003B configuration is rated at 19 L/min (5 gpm) with a ±40 mA command signal. The G761-3033B should therefore be verified against the complete ordering code/nameplate before replacement, because suffixes define important hydraulic and electrical configurations.

The 761 Series covers rated flows from approximately 0.5 to 75 L/min, with standard configurations of 4, 10, 19, 38 and 63 L/min.
The key advantage of the G761 family is its two-stage nozzle-flapper pilot technology combined with mechanical spool feedback. This architecture provides high dynamics, high resolution and low hysteresis while maintaining a rugged construction for long service life. The spool-in-bushing design is also intended to deliver excellent dynamic performance and accuracy.
The 761 Series supports maximum operating pressures up to 315 bar (4,500 psi) with aluminum bodies and 350 bar (5,000 psi) with steel bodies, with 100% step response of less than approximately 4–16 ms, depending on configuration.
Moog has also developed long-life feedback technology using carbide components to reduce wear. The company reports testing feedback components to one billion cycles, highlighting the emphasis on durability and long-term precision.
